Introducing the smallest whale shark: This juvenile was saved from a fisherman in Donsol, Phillipines. Just 38 cm in length it is the smallest whale shark ever recorded. The whale shark as most of you know is the biggest fish in the ocean, It is a shark but feeds like a whale hence the name whale shark. Adults can grow up to 14 meters. No one has ever seen a whale shark this small and not much is known what they do till there are seen normally at 1.5-2 meters in length. source WWF ----------------------------------------------------------------------------
